Carolina: born in the blissful land of Raboso Piave, in May 76’, at the age of 3 I already took an active part in grape harvesting as you can judge from the photo.
At the age of 14, I enrolled at the Enology School of Conegliano (TV), where I first became an Enotecnician and later an Enologist with research work done on Raboso Piave.
I made wines across Friuli and Veneto in the scholastic fashion, then, ambitious as I am, I decided to follow my instincts and try my hand at winemaking in Ecuador and Peru. In the meantime, I played with creating ‘my’ wines versus ‘dad’s’ wines.

At a certain point of my life I decided to accept the challenge and offer my father a collaboration in the family business: voice of the verb, blisters on the palms and the nose red from the winter cold, hands in black tannin and must splashes all around, in the grape harvesting everything is seasoned with indescribable emotions, contentment and grins of cunning.

Since January 2012, I’ve been officially in charge of the Winery, although my father is my right hand and sometimes my brother is the left one.
As to other things, I am everything and nothing definite: don’t dare deprive me of good music, good food, good wine, my pasta sheet roller, the paint brushes and colors, the books and the animals
